Blue Jays Bathroom Renovation Promotion – Terms and Conditions

Promotional Draw Date: November 4, 2025

1. Promotion Overview

This promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by DNM General Contracting Solutions Inc. (“Company”) and offers participants the opportunity to receive discounts or prizes in connection with bathroom renovation promotional purchases if the Toronto Blue Jays win the 2025 World Series.

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of Ontario aged 18 or older.
• Project location must be within 200 km of Rogers Centre, Toronto, Ontario.

3. Promotion Details

• Contest open at 00:00:01 on Oct 23, 2025.
• The first 10 customers who book and pay their deposit will receive 50% off their renovation if the Blue Jays win the 2025 World Series.
• All subsequent participants are entered into a draw on November 4, 2025, for a chance to win one of the following:
• One (1) Grand Prize: Up to $20,000 bathroom renovation credit.
• Five (5) Secondary Prizes: 25% discount vouchers toward a bathroom renovation.
• Guranteed winners is limited to 1 bathroom per location, contest entry are Limited to 3 bathroom per location!
• All deposits must be paid online prior to 23:59:59 of Oct 23, 2025.

4. Deposits and Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable, except in the event that the Promotion is cancelled by the Company before Game 1 of the World Series. All bookings are binding and cannot be cancelled by the participant once made.

5. Scheduling and Delivery

Project scheduling will begin between November 10 and December 10, 2025. Available renovation dates: January 15, 2026 – December 15, 2026, subject to availability and scheduling with one of three designated renovation teams. Participants may reschedule once, with a $150 rescheduling fee and at least 15 days’ written notice before the start date. A consultant will contact participants3 weeks ore earlier before the project start date to finialize design.

6. Scope and Pricing

The $20,000 bathroom renovation is a guideline package value. Each renovation will include a design consultation and questionnaire to finalize materials, finishes, and scope. Any upgrades or items beyond the standard scope will be quoted separately and must be approved along with price difference by the customer prior to commencement.

7. Price Limitation

Our bathroom guildline includes the following price limiations, any items goes beyond the listed value, customer will have to pay the differences

• shower control unit $300
• vanity $400
• vanity faucet $150
• shower door (if necessary) $800
• tiles at $3 per sq ft
• niche $120
• toilet $300
• mirror, and bathroom accessories $200
• aryclic tub – $500
• ceiling light – $120

8. Media & Publicity

All winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity, including photographs, videos, or testimonials for promotional purposes by the Company.

9. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the laws of Ontario, Canada. Participants agree not to bring any claim or action in court, except to enforce an arbitration award.

10. Cancellation Rights

The Company reserves the right to cancel this Promotion at its sole discretion at any time before Game 1 of the World Series.

11. Disclaimer

This Promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Toronto Blue Jays, MLB, or any gambling organization. This is a promotional contest run solely by the Company for marketing and customer engagement purposes.
